We went out earlier the second day having caught 4 Dorados on the first day.
We hooked our first sailfish about 7:15 am . Around 8:45 we hit a school of sailfish and had 3 sailfish on the lines at one time and we landed them all. About an hour later another sailfish was caught. We continued to fish in some 4-6 ft. Seas wanting to hook a Marlin.
At about 11am another billfish hit the line, the crew thought it was another sailfish but I thought at first that when it surfaced that it was a Marlin. Yep, as it came closer to the boat we all saw that it was a White Marlin. They are rare to catch instead of the blue marlins that normally are caught in the region.After 1 Marlin, 5 Sailfish and 4 Dorados. We called it a day. A once in a lifetime event after fishing there for many years but
I heard in Cabo’s San Lucas that a crew had 3 Marlins on the lines at one time but now we can say that we had the same experience in Puerto Adventuras, MX as well.. Great place to fish.

The crew and captain were great. They had everything we needed onboard including refreshments. The vessel was spacious and seaworthy. We caught six decent size Mahi Mahi on a 4hour charter. When we returned to the dock they fillet and cleaned all the fish we caught and took us to a restaurant nearby that prepared an amazing lunch for us with our fresh catch. We would definitely book with them again in the future.

We had an excellent half day trip. Understanding that it isn’t a good fishing season, we didn’t set out with high expectations. However, all participants that held a rod ended up catching fish. Jose and Johnny were excellent, informative and friendly. Would definitely go out with them again. The only critical thing I would say is that the listing says Playa del Carmen as location, but after booking, we found out that the location was in Puerto Aventuras. We just wish we knew that information when booking.

The whole crew was amazing. We had really bad weather on our original date booked but the captain and crew allowed us to reschedule no problem. We caught 4 mahi mahi’s and 2 barracudas. The boat is very comfortable with plenty of drinks and fresh pineapple. Will absolutely book again 😁🌊🐠
