This was my first time to ever fish offshore and Captain Magnum made it an unforgettable experience for me. He worked his butt off in some pretty rough seas to get my family our limit of red snapper and still managed to put me on a couple other species as well. He is such an awesome and cool guy to hang out with and bs with too. I personally can’t wait to go back out with him again. “Pulling drag with Captain Mag”. See you in October Cap, Thanks again

We had a fantastic time, worked through the weather and everything turned out great! Captain Magnum is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He never wasted a second and we always had bait in the water and we caught fish for dinner and more.  His boating skills were like nothing I ever experienced with the weather that we saw but he made it look so easy and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Thanks for the great experience!

Payton and Magnum were great to communicate with.  Magnum worked hard, kept us baited up and moving on when we needed to, which gave us a great day of fishing on what could have otherwise been a slow bite day.  We had fun catching a lot of fish including plenty to take home for dinner.  My daughter and son are both just out of high school and both had a great time fishing with me for our first time fishing off-shore.

Magnum was a great captain, he considered our circumstances and provided us with an enjoyable time. I get sea sick easy so he stayed close by in case we needed to cut our trip short. But the trip was great, got our 4 hours in. He didn’t waste time on spots that weren’t yielding results. If we pulled up something that we couldn’t keep it was a nuisance, he took us to another spot. Very knowledgeable about the area. I gave the boat 4 stars only because there was a problem with the prop that had been addressed the day before improperly by the mechanic (not the captains fault). I also gave the over all experience 4 stars just because I was expecting more fish to take home. Unfortunately the captain has no control over fishing regulations.😂 This was my first fishing charter and yes I would do it again. Thanks, my son and I had a great time!

We went out with Payton Friday, June 30, for the six hour fishing charter and had a great time. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable, and patient. We caught a trigger fish and he showed us the reason for the name. We have done a fishing charter every year and Payton is the first captain that we would go back to.
