- Captain Mike grew up on the North Shore of Long Island where he learned to fish, clam, and oyster as a youngster. During the summer of his High School and College years, he would work on the oyster and clam boats in Oyster Bay Harbor. After college Mike started what would be a 40-year career at United Parcel Service as a Manager. After Mike retired in 2019, his kids said to him " Dad, you're going to need a bigger boat ".... and so it didn't take long for Captain Mike to start his second career as a Fishing Charter Captain. Hop Aboard the "Green Eye'd Lady" and let's catch some fish!

- Captain Mike focuses on local fishing in the Long Island Sound along the shores of Niantic, Old Lyme, Waterford, Old Saybrook and Groton. I combine bottom fishing , trolling and top water fishing depending on the season and what type of fish we are targeting. Targeted fish will include Striped Bass, Bluefish, Fluke, Sea Bass, Porgy, Blackfish and False Albacore. My season begins May 15th and ends October 31st.
