Jesus the captain and Raoul the captains assistant made for a wonderful fishing trip. I set out to catch a marlin and landed a blue marlin within the first hour of the trip. We did not catch anymore after that but it wasn’t for a lack of trying by the crew. I would definitely book again with marlin hunter 1.

Great day with Marlin Hunter - July 6th ‘25 for reference…caught 5 yellowfin, a big dorado, and a big wahoo.  Had a marlin come up to a lure as well but didn’t get him to bite - overall an amazing day, tons of fish.  Captain and crew were very nice, helpful, and informative.  Highly recommend

Fishing with this boat has made us fall in love with Fishing in Cabo!! We caught fish from start to finish! The captain and first mate kept us on the fish!!! We landed a massive wahoo just a couple hours into the trip!! 6’ & 70 to 80 pounds! A true trophy catch! We also landed several mahi/Dorado as well!! This was a good crew, good boat. My complaint is that I wanted to go after a specific fish and we wasted a lot of time. Chasing fish that I didn’t want to catch. Even though I communicated it before we left the harbor. Leaving not Enough time to get to the prime fishing grounds for tuna and marlin. Wasted day,  I’ve done a lot of fishing on the East cape and cabo. And this was the least productive trip I’ve ever been on. If you book communicate your wants and make sure they agree... More
