This was such an enjoyable experience for our whole family, which included our 3 boys ages 6, 8, and 9. We did a 6 hour trip, and it felt like the perfect amount of time. The boat was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The crew were both knowledgeable and very attentive to us all. We saw whales, birds, and even caught a tuna! I was on a trip with maybe ten boys young that pap and dad brought along with other dads. Many of them caught fish. However, I didn’t realize that it was reef fish (my fault for not reading more) so I expected larger fish, for instance. My ocean experience is in deep sea fishing (think halibut) and I am an experienced angler and not sure how I missed that it was reef fishing. Our family of 11 had the greatest time aboard IwaKai with Ohana Yachts! Jaimie, Josiah, and Katie were so helpful and knowledgable, we caught a 98 lb Yellowfin Tuna right off the bat and enjoyed a lovely time the rest of the day. Would highly recommend and we will be returning!

Even if we weren’t fishing, which Captain put us on fish and we were successful, it would have been worth the money to be with such welcoming crew and other individuals taking part in the trip.
