Brian is an expert fisherman who know the best fishing spots.  We caught nine fish in four hours and some pretty big ones at that!  One of our fisherman caught a large sting ray that took about 20 minutes to reel in.  Brian is committed to catching fish and making sure that all of us had a great time!  A bonus was seeing about 12 dolphins and several sharks during the tour.  I highly recommend this tour.

Captain Hawkins was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher showing my wife and I how different fish bite and also what to look for when trying to find the fish. If you’re looking for someone to put you on fish and be willing to teach you how to be a better fisherman, I highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Hawkins, if we ever return to the area booking another trip out will be #1 on my list.

Brian was a great guide. He is super knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me a ton of great tips on where to cast/what kind of rods and reels are the best for your buck. I totally recommend Brian to anyone looking to have a great day on the water!

Our first visit to Folly Beach & we wanted to do some fishing. My son caught 2 bonnet head sharks and a bunch of red fish. The most and biggest he’s ever caught. He’s already talking about our next visit & fishing with Captain Hawkins. We also got to see dolphins & the lighthouse. A wonderful day on the water thanks to Captain Hawkins. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome day!! We caught three bonnethead sharks, six red drum between 25” to 30”s.  Captain Bryan was incredibly knowledgeable about fishing. Taught the boys all kinds of tricks. As a native of Charleston, he also knew quite a bit of history on the area.  An all-around great day. I would definitely recommend and we will use him again!
