It was an absolute blast being on board with capt. Jason and his first mate. We caught a ton of fish and they knew where to find them. The first spot we went to was loaded and we caught our limit of mingos, some triggerfish, and some monster snapper but they are out of season so we let them back, and some big grouper were hanging around too. I can’t say enough great things about Jason and his fishing charter service. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Him and his crew are incredible with kids and adults alike and make the day fulfilling for all. We were on plenty of fish in less than optimal water and had an incredible time, we can’t wait for our next day out on the water with Time Off and Jason!

Even though the water was very rough and storms were moving in, we still had a great time being on the boat with Jason and Robert Lee. I was really excited about this part of our trip because our boys love to fish and we have never been deep-sea fishing before, but sometimes nature has other plans. This was a great trip with a great captain. We told Captain Jason that we wanted to target some bigger fish like Tuna and Mahi if it was possible for a short trip and luckily the conditions were perfect. We could tell he was just as excited as us to get out there and had even bought new equipment specifically for this trip. We made a run to 25 miles out and snagged a huge Bonita and a really nice Wahoo. Captain Jason obviously knows his stuff and just really loves fishing. We had a great time.
