Captain Jay really is an amazing captain! he knew where the fish were and put us on our limit of snapper with still having some time leftover to chase some king mackerel. he constantly asked what we wanted to do and made it happen! would definetly book with him again next time in town!

Captain Jason and his son Elijah were the best. Captain J communicated very well from the beginning and offered to reschedule our trip so we would have a better experience due to high winds that would have prevented us from having an enjoyable trip.  This was a bucket list item for two on the trip which they have now been able to cross off of that list.  Captain J got us on some fish and was very attentive to what we wanted to fish for prior to leaving.  This charter service is veteran owned.  I would recommend using Time Off Fishing Charter and will be using them again in the future. They were prompt on their arrival times, they cleaned what we caught and recommended a local spot that would even cook what we caught.  We had an awesome time, Thank You.

Trip was well worth it. Captain Jason and his son were great. We started off trolling and the three kids got to haul in a tuna then we went and started everyone fishing with poles. He got us right on them and we were nailing them like crazy. Captain Jason and his son were working like crazy for us. Overall experience was great. The kids loved it! We caught a couple red snapper we had to put back because not in season. Also caught some trigger fish but not big enough to keep. Captain knew everything about all the fish. The 5 hour trip was perfect for us. Weather was awesome. Definitely recommend him if you are thinking of going on a charter. Everything was included. They cleaned the fish very quick too!!

As the name says Time off Fishing is where to go fishing with Captain Jason, it is time off well spent.
Captain Jason was ready and boat prepped to start the day off as scheduled.
Captain Jason was very flexible and accommodating in making sure that he understood our expectations for our fishing experience. With his strong knowledge of the Destin fisheries he had us on fish. He shared his knowledge with us letting us decide if we wanted to take the fishing up a notch to get some big boys. Within a few minutes of trolling we were bringing in as Captain says a “stud of a King Mackerel”

This our second booking with Captain Jason. We had a great time despite the cool and variable sea conditions. We were the only boat around to catch trigger fish, and that is 100 percent due to Jason’s willingness to go above and beyond to find the fish.  I would highly recommend!
