Gerardo is THE MAN!!! you need if you want an awesome experience fishing near Panama City.  As soon as I booked my trip he contacted me to confirm and make sure I knew he could easily be reached in preparation for our day on the water.  I told him what I was hoping to fish for during the trip and he catered our day accordingly.  He supplied more than enough food and drinks for the day. 

Most importantly, he got us on fish early and often!!!  I felt like I was fishing with a long time friend.  It was fun, lots of laughs, action filled with tons of fish, top water smashes, and he taught me a number of new lure retrieve techniques.  I can’t say enough good things about the awesome fishing trip and would recommend Gerardo 1000 times over.  We also got to see a few cayman and monkeys along the way.
Thanks for a great trip.  Keep doing what you’re doing Sir.  I’ll definitely be back.

Fishing with Gerardo was the highlight of our trip to Panama.  He has excellent knowledge of local species and fishing techniques.  The boat is new, clean, spacious, and comfortable.  Gerardo has the latest fishing gear and tackle. He finds just the right balance of helpfulness and respect for the fisherman’s skill level.

Being that this was our first time in Panama he also made sure to show us the local tourist attraction-three different species of monkey!

He is a native Panamanian and his afinity for and knowledge of the local wildlife make the trip that much more pleasurable.

Highly recommend for the serious fisherman or novice as well as for families.

From the beginning Gerardo was very welcoming, overall very attentive and a super upbeat person. He doesn’t only do his job but he goes over and beyond to deliver a great service. Besides that he has hand’s down the best knowledge for you to have the best chances to catch and land fish all day long!! We caught so many fish we lost count! We targeted different species and we caught the majority of them. I super recommend booking with Gerardo. Overall the best fishing service I’ve had in my life!! For sure booking another trip in the near future!

Gerardo took us out and was able to personalize the trip for us even before we stepped on to the boat. He brought us sandwiches and drinks which were as we requested! We were able to see all sorts of wildlife and catch several fish!! This was extremely good service and we would recommend to anyone visiting Panama who is looking to experience as much as possible!! Gerardo was fantastic and got my girlfriend and I on some big snook and kept us busy all day with fishing to do and sights to see! We started the morning fishing for tarpon where we caught a ladyfish and hooked a big tarpon that broke off followed by trolling for 3 snook that were back to back in 5 minutes. We then went to see the monkeys on the trees which was awesome before continuing on to catch a lot of peacock bass. We kept one snook and had it cleaned up and then prepared for us at the nearby resort for lunch.
