I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good time. You fished with us last year and had an incredible trip and also said that you did not like our Captain. Our commitment to making sure everyone has a great trip is proven by our excellent reviews. Unfortunately we obviously cannot make everyone happy. Next year I would suggest you find another charter company that might be able to fulfill your expectations.

I am so sorry that you are disappointed in your trip. Unfortunately there are days where the fish are not biting. I discounted the trip $150 which is not a standard in this industry. We do everything we can to try to put our all of our clients on fish and when the entire Key West Fishing fleet had a slow day I don’t believe it is fair to judge us on conditions that we cannot control.
