Could I ask why the 3 star review.  What was it you felt could have been improved upon ?
We caught a limit of keeper mangrove snapper aka 20 fish then we’re successful at catching you sharks too . 
We even had tarpon around the boat multiple times .
You specifically asked me to keep you in calm waters .  I did exactky that . You also Said you would be happy to catch some fish and see some manatees and life.  We saw spotted eagle rays , barracuda among other things .
Seems you had unrealistic expectations or didn’t do a good job of communicating what your expectations were. 
We kept your group catching fish and in calm , clear pretty waters. 
I even stayed a little longer for you in hopes we could hook a tarpon . I’ve posted a screen shot of your first text requesting I keep you in calm waters and per your request which I feel we did exactly what you asked me to do .
