The family had a great time. Capt Blake is a great dude!

From top to bottom that was an amazing experience. We reeled in a variety of fish: Amberjack, Red Snapper, Red Grouper, Vermillion Snapper (of course, keeping only those in season). Captain Blake was a great teacher to two first time ocean fishers, making sure to set us up and give us the guiding hand we needed each step of the way.

We left with pounds of great fish we can’t wait to cook. Beautifully filleted by the captain.

The boat is clean, comfortable, and well run. Each spot we stopped at, each adjustment made to the boats position, put us right on top of the fish. He was always diligent, and made sure that we had everything we needed. I really can’t say enough about how positive of an experience we had.

100% recommend. Hot water temps made the red snapper bite lethargic, Capt. Blake went above and beyond to put us on the fish. He saw we had a young child on board with us and took it upon himself to grab a bottle of Pedialyte, was very thoughtful. We came home with a mess of Vermillion and a nice Mangrove… and if we were a little better anglers we would have had A LOT more in the box! All in all, Capt. Blake did an excellent job, it’s obvious he loves what he does. You can’t can’t control Mother Nature and you can’t pull blood from a turnip, but I’ll be damned if he didn’t try! Be reasonable, be courteous, and be generous these guys try their best! 5 stars and next year when we’re in Destin we will be calling again. Thanks again guys.
