Fall cobia fishing

Cobia have been immigrating back through the Destin area. For the last few weeks we have been hooking up with a few larger sizes. Cobia is known for being one of the best eat fishing in salt water.

Red snapper season is booking quick

Looks like we are going to have another awesome red snapper season in the Destin area. The season is from the 2 week of June the the end of July. Season time frame is subject to changes by the state of Florida. Bookings are going quickly. Definitely don't wait too long to book before all of the dates are gone. Our fishing trip was awesome with captain James! We caught fish right off the bat, and as soon as we weren’t getting any bites the captain would head to a new spot and immediately put on fish again! My brother and I had so much fun together and with captain James, he made us feel like he was taking two of his old friends out fishing! Captain James truly cares about customer service! Doug, thanks for a good review. Weather definitely was fighting us the whole day. Made travel rough. We gave it a good attempt and catch some fish but it was not an epic day like we were hoping for. We definitely need to give it another shot with a little better weather and a little warmer water. Captain James

Thanks for an awesome review. The wave action could have been a little better, but you guys just hammered through it. Caught some decent fish and ended up with a good day on the water. Had a great time on the water. The Mahi weren’t cooperating but we still had a kick ass day.limit of red got some mangrove and few other species .
