Tough day of fishing on 3/15/23. Very cloudy, no sunshine, windy and cool for being an afternoon trip. Capt. Lawrence was all over Braunig Lake trying to get us some redfish with no success. Overall this was a great experience. The captain was very knowledgeable and knew where the fish were. He showed us what he was looking for and told us about the behavior of the fish. He was also very upfront about there being a chance of not catching anything as to not get our hopes up but in the end we caught a bunch. We highly recommend using his service if you’re looking to get out on the lake and catching some fish.

We had an EXCELLENT day of fishing with Captain Lawrence. He really Knows His Stuff. My cousin brought his son from Cali. to do a Fishing Charter in San Antonio. It was my Grandson’s 1st time fishing, as well as my cousin’s son. Capt. Lawrence trolled for Red Fish, and when he found them, The Boys (both 9 years), caught 9 fish…7 keepers (all 23-24.5 inches). Lowrence took me, my dad and my grandson fishing and it was a great experience for all of us. He was determined to get us on the fish and did.  His years of experience speak volumes. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and how his sonar devices worked to locate fish. He was very pleasant and patient with us. We will definitely be booking another trip when my grandson is back in town.

Booked a reservation for my family to celebrate my grandfather’s birthday and what a morning of fishing it was. Captain was very Knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly, personable and respectful. Made sure my grandfather had a good time and had us reeling in reds all morning. Lots to let go but we had some good keepers. Would highly recommend.
