We had a great experience, we booked this trip as a gift for our 12 year old and he had a lot of fun. He wanted to fish for his birthday and we are new to fishing. It was an awesome experience for our kids, it was their first time on a boat and really their first time catching big fish.  They enjoyed it and wanted to do it more often. Be patient it will pay off

This was a first time fishing trip for my grandsons and Captain Lawrence make it spectacular for them!  Bonded with them immediatly and made them feel welcome on his boat.  Asked them questions and let them know they were going to catch some big one-and that they did!!  He knows the lake and where to find the big ones.  Other boats around us weren’t catching fish but we were hitting them.  The boys definitely want to do it again!  I recommend South Texas Fishing Charters!

I have to say, my wife and I were a little nervous, but this get away was a great summer treat! We were treated with the best professional care possible. Extremely knowledgeable, and we were made to feel very welcome and my nervous feelings left immediately. We had a blast.
