We usually go to Cabo and their marina to charter a fishing trip.  Usually we catch minimal fish and it’s pricey.  This time we chartered Daliken out of San Jose marina and our captain was Reuban (sp?).  Right away we knew it was going to be a very good day.  The captain got us on Snapper, Grouper, there was some fish that was good for cervichi and makarel.  Then at the end, we hooked a Moneteray!! Pancho worked and worked.  We trolled for roosters and then I suggested we bottom fish. Pancho headed to some reefs pretty far south almost to Chileno!  Some hits, but only caught 2. Even was chummin’ a storm. Trolled again back to the marina.  Nada! Just one of those days, gorgeous costal views though! Daliken Fishing Charters were great from the booking all through to the trip. Jaime provided us updates prior to the trip, assisted with transportation and we always felt well informed.  Our guide Pancho is an expert guide and we caught Two striped marlin and two Dorado.  We kept the larger and released the other two.  Our plans were for shipping fish back home and Jaime and his team assisted with that as well.  We are already planning a return trip to fish for Tuna.  Thanks... Our captain wasn’t talkative - he mostly said “mucho fish” - and he wasn’t lying. We caught our limit of tuna and one dorado in about 30 minutes. Spent the rest of the trip leisurely trolling g for more dorado without finding any. Weather was perfect - we had a great time. This is not a luxury trip, but you will catch fish. Recommend!

My son’s favorite thing to do is fish and his wish was to catch a Marlin in Cabo. We caught not only one, but two, as well as a shark (released.) Thank you Captain Salvador and Jose for a great day in San Jose del Cabo. Marlin fishing was a once in a lifetime trip for us! In addition to a nice boat ride during beautiful weather, we saw dolphins, whales, & sea lions. We can’t wait to come back and catch some mahi mahi with you next time. :)
