Boat and equipment were in good shape (including the enclosed head, which was important given some first timers).

Crew were great fisherman. They worked hard to get us on fish. We had a 9 hr trip and started the trip targeting smaller species. We caught three Spanish mackerel and a green jack.

We then transitioned to deeper water and chased larger species. They kept 8 lines in the water most of the time. We caught two jack crevalle and two mahi mahi, including a really nice ~50lb fish that the crew was very excited about. Towards the end of the fishing, Tony made some amazing ceviche from one Spanish mackerel.

The only reason I didn’t give them a five is because of the way they handled the fish at the end of the trip. Just before we pulled up lines to head back to port, they asked if we wanted to process the fish to take with us then or if we wanted to get pictures at the marina before processing. We were pacing to get back to port early so I asked to wait so we could get pictures. When we returned, they wanted to just drop us off before refueling. We took pictures (they were better fisherman than photographers), and I asked about the fish. They acted very inconvenienced and frustrated we wanted to take at least some of the fish with us. I ended up just tipping them and leaving the fish. It was a disappointing way to end a great day, but it was still a very good experience. I’d just recommend making very clear what your expectations are for the fish when you get back (and check the photos).

The boat and crew were awesome. The bite was slow when we went but they never gave up and we ended up hooking an 8.5 foot sailfish about 7 hours in. The guys kept working and trying new
things until we caught something.

This crew was absolutely dialed. We hammered fish all day long, the boat was awesome the captain and deckhand were amazing. Wouldn’t Dec conned anyone else. If you’re in PV go with this crew

Marty was great with communication prior to our trip!  Gave us exact directions to the marina and the dock. He met us as we got out of our shuttle immediately!

Once on the boat, the crew of Manuel, Tony and Aaron were excellent!  They worked their buts off to put us on fish!  I have nothing but great things to say about them!

I would recommend them to anyone!

We chartered Marty’s boat and it turned out to be perfect! Captain Tony and crew were awesome hosts from the moment we left. He asked what we wanted to fish for and he went to work. Overall we caught around 25 fish, saw sharks and whales. On the way back in Tony and his son made fresh ceviche. For our families first trip on the water, it was perfect! We will be back.
