From then on, I set out to conquer all styles of fishing from the high county in Colorado to the Colombian Caribbean. I became more and more knowledgeable as time progressed, as one would. My passion for others to have a great fight and enjoy a fish for dinner the same day is my goal for our customers.

Always a surprise when deep water jigging. Finding these needles in a haystack is quite rewarding. We booked a trip for my brothers bachelor party. It was a last-minute idea but the captain was very accommodating. We spoke to a few boats in the area and everyone required a day booking ahead of time. For a last minute trip we not only caught fish but had a lot of laughs. Everyone on the boat was very professional And even an added an hour Time to our trip. Would highly recommend this charter for anyone who is in the area

I corresponded with an English speaker, who I assume was the owner of the boat, who did not indicate to me that when I arrived at the boat, the “captain” duny and the mate pop both spoke zero English. Thank god I had my Spanish fluent friend with me who translated, even though the crew were both reluctant to speak with us at all. I had requested to the English speaking owner that we DO NOT TROLL many times in the lead up to the trip, and clearly this wasn’t communicated as we trolled aimlessly... More

Hey there Mate, the region wahoo are in this time of year is far to the north. Meaning there isnt many wrecks or good bottom fishing. Seems communication was a issue here.The office indicated the morning you would be trolling to get into the bigger wahoo. We have three boats with similar equipment on them. CAPT Duny is extremely knowledgeable in the Caribbean waters off the coast of colombian with over 40 years fishing there waters. If you wanted a jigging trip or bottom fishing that would have to be stated from the beginning. The follow up after the trip you said it was a great trip and asked for suggestions of resturants to cook up catch…...... no amber Jack’s in our region… bar Jack’s and black jacks…..

Went out with CartagenaFishing. We hooked up with kingfish and a screaming wahoo.Great trip. Scheduling the trip was easy really came through when the weather went south the day of the trip and quickly arranged for us to get our the next day. Highly recommend these guys!
