It was an incredible experience on Captain Charles’s boat!  Our young family enjoyed an exciting fishing trip!  We caught sooooo many fish and they just kept on biting!  We’ve done a lot of fishing in lots of places and haven’t ever experienced fishing like this!  Captain Charles and Captain J knew exactly where to take us and did a great job working with our two young boys.  After we finished fishing, Captain Charles prepared, cooked, and DELIVERED the most amazing meal!  It was amazing to eat our fresh catch and the way he prepared it was PERFECT!  I can’t recommend this fishing trip more!  If you’re planning to go fishing in the keys, go with Captain Charles- you won’t be disappointed!

Booked this trip for my son and his friend during spring break. Chef Charles was great with the boys! They caught some fish and had a good time. Chef Charles and his son were knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered any questions I had promptly! The boys said his boat was great and his equipment in good working condition. They enjoyed the day and already talking about another trip. He was on time and offered a great price. I did have to pay the park fee to drop them off but I just walked the trails for a bit and left and was able to return to pick them up.

Capt Charles took our family on a 4 hour reef trip.  We were on the fish from the first line in the water.  Capt Charles knew where to go, what baits to use and was great with our kids!  We caught our limit before the day was over and Capt Charles offered to clean and cook our fish.  Taco bar delivered to our condo 2 hours after the trip was over!  It was a great experience, I would recommend Capt Charles to anyone but especially if you have kids and you want to catch fish to keep them occupied.  Thank Capt, you rock!

Chef Charles and his mate Jalen are the “Reel Deal”! If you are looking for a crew that knows how to get on the fish, this is your team! When one spot wasn’t yielding results, they quickly switched it up and knew where to go. We started trolling and BOOM!!! the tuna started hitting. One fought so hard it broke a rod!!

After tuna number 5 was in the boat, two minutes later we hooked a 45 pound Wahoo!! It was a full team effort getting that dude in the boat, but Chef Charles and Jalen are pros, they landed that monster - no sweat.

Beyond the fishing, Charles and Jalen are just great people. They are wonderful to talk with and genuinely interesting people. We feel fortunate to have met them!

We had a had a really great experience with Captain (Chef) Charles. He knows the Key Largo area and where to find fish in any condition. We were able to catch our limit of nice Mangrove Snappers. Even added some YellowTails and others. Good boat, equipment and overall experience. His boat is stable and spacious enough for families and children.

We highly recommend Charles for your fishing trip and don’t forget to ask about his fish dinners. He is a trained chef and offers options for a wonderful full meal centered with the fish you catch.
