Our half day trips run from 8:30 to 1:30.  (Most boats only do a 4hr half day but we do 5hrs ,sometimes we need the time to run out to cleaner water to MAKE SURE YOU CATCH FISH )  Weather forecast called for 10 to 15 North East winds the morning of 3/14/2018. Well they were wrong.  The winds blew up to 20 knots.  We only can follow the forecast they predict. Yes the boat returned early at 1:00.  A 1/2 hour early.  I offered a 50% discount on any other trip you would like to go on. I also offered you to go for free on Thursday afternoon. I thank you for writing a review for us but please add what I told you on the phone not just half of the story.  Like you were told on the phone. The fuel company will not give me my money back for the fuel. The bait company will not give me my money back for the bait. The girls in the office will not work for free.. Like I told you yesterday we are truly sorry that the WEATHER MAN WAS WRONG. Also you did not say in your review you wanted to sell your 50% ticket and I told you fine with me.. We can only do what the forecast calls for.  They called for 2 foot conditions the day you went.  I understand it was a little higher then that.  You were told at the office and once again that the weather was not the best. Also I am sure you could see the rain clouds in the area.  3 foot waves are not high on the Gulf Of Mexico sir. This is a large body of water.. It’s not the pond down the street and yes it does get choppy. Did they take motion pills the night before?  It’s not all sun shine and flat water all the time I will tell every one that.  Believe it or not sir we like to have everyone have a good time and not get sick. We would love for every one to catch huge fish and so many they cant count that high but we don’t live in a world like that. I can only say that I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your trip.

Thanks for taking time for the review.  Just like your party of 30 I waited for one of you to reply.  Why don’t you tell the truth. Your party leader was an hour late. On a half day trip an hour is a long time.  Then your party wanted to catch amber jacks.  Well if your leader took the time and looked at my reports you would have seen we don’t catch them on a half day trip. This part of the gulf is shallow. That’s a deep water fish. You need to talk to the your leader. I told him what we were catching from the start.  My Capt. was in a hurry to get YOU OUT FISHING not waiting at the dock for over an HOUR ! PLEASE SIR DON NOT COME AGAIN. I’m not sure what kind of a church group you are from I’m just glad I don’t belong to it.  CAPT. JOE
