We slayed the salmon.  This was a trip to celebrate a young man’s wedding.  It couldn’t have been more awesome- The crew of the Knotty Girl, Captains Brad and Steve, are simply the kind of men to give you a great opportunity to catch a lot of fish and have a professionally guided experience. Booked the trip to give my 9yr old son a taste of Lake Michigan and salmon fishing.  Capt Steve and Brad were top!  Their knowledge and experience had us pulling fish before we could set the second line … and it lasted for half the morning.  They were super pleasant and really focused on their clients and providing a rewarding experience.  Most importantly, they showed extreme patience with a 9yr old, teaching, guiding, instructing and answer questions. Captain Steve and his first mate, Brad, had us reeling them in 3 at a time! They worked hard so we didn’t have to! Good time had by all!

Steve and Brad were very professional and knowledgable. We pulled in 6 salmon, all over 15lbs over the course of 6 hours. The conditions started a little rough, but Steve’s boat was more than big enough to handle it. Would definately book again the next time we are in town. Thanks Steve
