We had a great time fishing on the charter
Captain Charlton and his mate for the day Ioki were very knowledgeable, and fun to fish with. It was a super hot morning, but the fishing action made the trip well worth the sweat!
We caught 10 skipjack, and 2 black fin tuna!!!
I would recommend this trip for any fisherman

When searching for our charter I had 2 requirements in the filter : 1st was a 8 hr charter 2. That the boat had air conditioning. This boats air conditioning was not working and had been in that condition for several weeks prior to my booking the trip. Had we been told, we would have booked another charter. When I asked the captain about the AC not working and explaining it was one of two “requirements” I was told we could turn around and cancel the trip. No mention of refunding my deposit, nor did we get a reduced price. We went ahead and did the trip, which was decent. Caught 8 fish total. Captain and deckhand worked extremely hard to put us on fish.

We did 2 6-hour fishing days with Captain Mike and his crew. They are very professional and made sure we caught a variety of fish. They were so helpful to my 13-year old as he is learning how to fish.  He had a ball!  I would definitely recommend Chubasco Charters!

Weather wasn’t ideal but the captain and the mate made our family fishing trip a great day.
