Sorry for your disappointing experience..we had good review form other customers on the same charter as u.. we haven’t had any problems with our anchor winch.  I know A1 crew do there best for everyone to have a enjoyable day..

Thank you for your review Jonathan, we endeavor to take onboard all our customers feedback and strive to improve the experience for all of those who come onboard.  For the half day charter we do supply morning or afternoon tea and water and soft drinks free of charge, I think you will find that you are charged for your drinks on all other charters in the area and you will not be provided with food.  We also have a toilet, which is a port-a-loo, which is available on request, which you were informed of.  I hope you enjoyed the fish you caught on the day, after all that’s the main reason come on board, to catch fish.
