Sorry for your disappointing experience..we had good review form other customers on the same charter as u.. we haven’t had any problems with our anchor winch. I know A1 crew do there best for everyone to have a enjoyable day.. Thanks for ur feed back & If ur ever back in airlie I’m quite happy to give you a free charter to improve your experience onboard A1 thanks A1 Olly
