Not surprised of your posted rating. Because you showed up over a half an hour late, then proceeded to disrespect the Captain and first mate throughout the whole trip.  You had no respect for the laws of the Coast Guard, which we have to abide by.
We hold a very high standard of operation and mutual respect between client and crew is appreciated. We are thankful that you would not recommend us to your friends and family, for we feel a different type of charter vessel is what you are looking for .

So very sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience with us . We are shocked to hear of this because at the end of the charter, you shook the hands of the Captain and first mate, thanked them and left a nice gratuity.
Captain Bill and I, the owner, have tried to call you but you will not return our calls . We would truly like to speak with you, for we strive to have good relationships with our customers. Without speaking with you, we can only explain for ourselves because of your vague statements.
I feel that one of your guests (family member) were disappointed because the catch was not of the species he was looking for. We cannot control the bite and always try to keep the customer actively reeling in fish. We started out trolling and had several catches of large Bonita. The wahoo and King mackerel are amongst them and you just have to put your time in. You did not want to troll any longer because you were tired of catching them, so we adjusted and went reef fishing for the duration of the trip. We caught you several yellowtail snappers that were over their size limit .
We understand that some of you may of had expectations of huge trophy fish but that is out of everyone’s control. I know it’s hard when you come down on vacation for only a few days and have a short window to fish and on that particular day, the fishing conditions may not be the best. We understand it’s disappointing not to be able to catch those big ones. But again, we try to give the clients action, so we adjust to the conditions that we are dealt.
Again, we cannot try to make amends unless you communicate with us and we hope that you will return our call.
