Despite the rain and some significant swells (in my opinion, lol) that kept the boat ROCKING, we still managed to nab a barracuda and an albacore!  The Captain did an amazing job finding the bites and his first mate, Adrian, did a phenomenal job working the deck!  I would LOVE to be back out with these guys in calmer waters. THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!

My family had so much fun! We hit a triple with my wife and 13 yr old son and the crew handled it great, we landed all three fish with ease and confidence, when i come back to PR I will be booking another trip with these guys, they also set us up at the marine to cook out catch! Such and amazing experience me and my kids will talk about for the rest of our lives!

Chased Mahi for a half day with Capt. Humberto and First Mate Adrian and had great success. Capt. Humberto handled the boat expertly in 4-6’ waves, and Adrian kept all of the lines clear and ready to go. I caught my first Mahi with these two and look forward to booking another trip in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone who is on the fence.

Had a great experience with Double Hook Charters all around. Our group had booked the wrong date, but the captain helped us figured out another date within our trip that worked. I’m glad we did, because we ended up catching a couple of yellowfin tuna that were absolutely amazing to get in the boat. Larry was the highlight of the trip, made all of us feel welcome and was a great guy. Overall 10/10 experience would definitely recommend. Bring some Dramamine or you may end up like Christian.

We had an awesome time on our full day fishing trip! For anyone looking for a knowledgeable crew that will take you deep sea fishing, these are your guys.

The Pros: Captain Humberto and his first mate Christopher made our trip very enjoyable. They talked to us about what kind of fish we are going after, how we would look for them, and helped coach us through our fights with some big fish. The boat was well appointed with a full head, many outriggers, fighting chair, and enough fish finding gear/expertise to get us unto some fish. They even had drinks and snacks in a cooler for us. They both have a ton of experience and helped give us recs for future fishing trips

The Cons: nothing major. Biggest thing for me was the smell of diesel fumes from the engine. It certainly didn’t help with the sea sickness. Idk about the rest of the year, but definitely be prepared for some sea sickness in February. I’m not prone to it, but definitely struggled with it during this trip. Christopher had some recommendations to help with that, which was nice.

Overall, great trip. Highly recommend it.
