The captain and first mate were very knowledgeable and so kind. They worked incredibly hard trying to get us a catch. I would definitely book with them again!

Messaged Captain Humberto I would love to find a big Mahi, and he certainly delivered a fantastic trip for me & my two kids.  Started off slow, but then first mate Christopher spotted a bird diving for bait fish, a sure sign of predator fish pushing them up.  Landed 4 large Mahi, including a beast in the last hour of the trip Christopher & Humberto provided a memorable trip.  Highly recommend Dramamine & ginger as waves are commonly 6’+!

It was a great day for fishing. My husband hooked into a 110-lb white marlin that made the whole trip worth it. Unfortunately, that was all that was caught. But. Capt Humberto made sure to try every location he could to find those elusive fish. The problem was the lack of the seaweed wall that the small fish hide in that attracts the large fish. But, when we go back, we are definitely going to fish with Double Hook Charters again.

Booked a 3/4 day trip with Captain Humberto during a boys’ trip to Puerto Rico. Captain Humberto and the deckhand showed up with a cooler full of snacks, cokes, and waters. I wouldn’t use them because it’s normal to have 6-8’ constant waves throwing you around. Plus me and my wife got sick and had to finally turn around. Still had to pay full price which was a joke and no fish. I’d try the south side next time, it’s a little calmer waters.
