Capt. Dave certainly is the best around! Being on his boat was like sitting in my mother’s living room,(very comfortable). Him and his mate were both very knowledgeable of not only fishing, but block Island. They were able to point out alot of cool stuff, had great history knowledge, and knew alot about their fishery! Fantastic trip. We were newbies, but we still all came home with dinner - probably the best fish we’ve ever eaten! Great knowledgeable crew. Would definitely recommend!

The captain and his mate were excellent guides and teachers as I don’t have much experience. Caught fish at every spot we went to. Great memories w my teenage son.

We 3 buddies enjoyed a perfect fishing trip aboard the Spear-it! Captain Dave and mate Matt were helpful , knowledgeable, personable and got us to the best areas loaded with stripers and fluke where we caught lots of good fish. The trip was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The boat and equipment were excellent. Fish on 👍
