We went out chasing dreams and came back with nineteen stunning dolphin fish (mahi-mahi, for the landlubbers). Nineteen. That’s not fishing—that’s hauling in gold from the sea. These weren’t just small schoolies either—we’re talking slabs of beauty that bent the rods and lit up the deck like a Vegas jackpot.

Captain [Insert Captain’s Name] runs a tight ship—professional, prepared, and dialed in. He doesn’t chase fish, he finds them like he’s got GPS coordinates to Neptune’s pantry. The crew? Absolute legends. Smooth, skilled, and cool under pressure, they kept lines tight and spirits high the entire trip.

Every detail was on point. Gear was top-notch, the boat was clean and steady, and the vibe? Pure adrenaline mixed with salty sea breeze and high-fives. You could tell these folks don’t just fish—they live for the thrill of it.

Our initial trip on Saturday was rescheduled for the following morning due to storms. We were able to get out during a break in the storms and I’m glad we did. He got us out to a hump where he said the tuna bite was good. Within 15 minutes of trolling we got a double hook up and it kept going from there with 6 black fin in total. At that point my girlfriend and I decided that 6 was enough and we left the fish biting. Went in to troll for wahoo but the weather took a turn and decided to call it after trolling up a big barracuda. Great day on the water and would highly recommend booking a trip with him.

Mid July trip with Capt Will Coffin for mahi mahi. He did an outstanding job of keeping us on the fish. Several times with 3-4 fish on simultaneously.  Will is a super nice guy and an excellent guide.  I recommend him strongly.

Capt made the best of the situation. Very personable and put in the extra effort to get us on the fish and got us back safely in sporty conditions. Highly recommend if looking in the keys for a trip.

Will knows where to find the big fish! At first I thought he was a little young but he proved that growing up in the Keys really gave him a major advantage! This was probably our 7-8 charter and he was hands down the best Captain because of his knowledge, expertise, kindness and all around cool guy! We will be back!
