We had a great day fishing with Drew. He helped us all day, bait, fish, anything we needed help with. Drew was a great Deckhand. He even brought our fish to the restaurant at the dock and had them cook it up for us. Most importantly Drew was patient with my boys and never looked stressed, he really helped make our day.

Highest recommendation for Max Drag and Captain Curtis! We were able to book last minute, great and fast communication from Curtis who prepped us on what to bring. He warned us that the bite had been off and on so I warmed family not to expect much, we’d enjoy being on the water regardless. I was worried our trip would be ruined when I had a seasick kid, but Max Drag Charters and went above and beyond to make sure we still had a great experience. The onboard bathroom was a lifesaver, Captain Curtis found calm waters, my son started feeling better, and we still caught a bunch of fish! Typical time of year, fishing was slow but the deck hand - Drew was helpful & knowledgeable which was a welcome to enhance the fishing.  The captain did place us on fish just needed to proper sized fish to fall upon the hooks which never materialized except for an unlucky shark.  But, overall it was as expected relaxing for the most part. Planning on more trips down the road.
