We were very sorry you and your party didn’t get the experience that go with you for a long time.
The bait was fresh that morning lt was was the bin that was fishsmell.whilst it has been very difficult to fish for live bait .buying the bait has been the only solution for a few days the bait was fresh that morning .once the skipper had set you up with rods for all of you.and we can’t mention on here what species you caught whilst not deliberately fising for these
They went for the bait.if you recall your male member had a a big fish on his line which took 2 of you 30 mins to bring it along side the boat .then shortly after a other was caught on the starboard side.other members of your party were catching fish and very lucky to catch a maceral.and few other species.after a while you was asked if you would like to look for dolphin and whales.we saw an abundance of both.also we did trolling for tuna for you again we don’t like our customers to go away and think they didn’t enjoy the trip we offer your party another trip on your next visit for free .captain in his cabin
We are sorry that he didn’t close the door which is his office and unfortunately the mobile phone is our link. We have taken this comment in good spirit and in future his office door must be closed whilst he is doing weather checks communicating with other boats on where the big fish may be the tides are important and continously checked as they govern fish biting on some occasions.But thank you for your review and hopefully we have taken on board what you have said and changes will be made happy customers is a happy crew .

We are fishing in the North Atlantic we are not tropical a man of your statue should know this .we are sub tropical.
That day the boat caught no fish we agree .some how a 4 ft Eagle stingray got caught on one of the fisherman’s line .we so not actively fish this species and it is rare to be caught.any how tenerife fishing isn’t for you so stick with tropical waters you will be much happier.
As a fisherman who caught nothing don’t blame the skipper I must rate you zero as a fisherman .your complaint isn’t justified and nothing free is in the post covid World especially
