I am sorry you did not have a good trip. I tried to be in communication with you before hand that it was going to be very windy and rough. I thought by leaving earlier we could get ahead of it but we didn’t. We prioritize safety and we always have more than enough life jackets on board for each passenger. I apologize for not giving you one, I must have misunderstood your question. As safety is a priority and it was extremely rough I was unwilling to go to spots further out in the ocean. The spot I took you to I caught seven fish the day before and three the following day. I was excited to catch you something big and Im sorry it didn’t work out. As it was a six hour trip I did have to use the restroom. I do not drink alcohol on my charters. Thank you for this learning experience. In the future I will strongly recommend families switch to a four hour in shore trip on rough days. I believe I gave you my phone number please contact me so I can make this right.

Hi Dennis. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am disappointed that it was a bad one and would like some input so I can improve. This is the Lowcountry, not Venice, the water is deeper and thus sounds do not typically spook the fish. Was it bothersome to you? We caught ALOT of fish. 10 or more Reds, 5 Black Drum and a Flounder. It says right in my description before booking that I practice conservation and catch and release. With that in mind I sent you home with enough for a good meal along with shrimp which have been scarce this season. Id love to hear feedback from you in person or via the phone. I also kindly ask you to delete the review on the premise that the keeping of fish was directly mentioned before booking and that I was not spooking fish. I am sorry you were let down and if you have any constructive criticism I’d be more than happy to discuss and learn. I am always looking to improve. This is my family’s livelihood.
