I’m from kentucky so I’m almost 700 miles from the closest beach. With that being said this isn’t my first rodeo out in the ocean. It was absolutely beautiful and I was picked up by captain Carlos from my resort for no extra charge. The pictures they had taken of the fish the day before had me extremely happy. The crew was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.  We were picked up and returned to our hotel without any problems.  We had a child with us who had become distressed and the crew was very helpful by making him feel much better.  I will definitely book with this company again. The sea was choppy and a few of us became seasick despite our use of Meclizine.  Our first mate was a knowledgeable fisherman, a good storyteller and a kind nurse to those who needed it.  Our Captain was working hard locating fish.  When we return to Puerto Plata, we will go out on the Dona Nina.

A real solid job by Carlos and his crew. They know what they’re doing and the boat had plenty of space for our group of 4 to keep out of the hot sun while waiting for the fish to bite. Caught my first mahi and a couple of barracuda. Including transport to and from the cruise pier makes this super easy.

My family and I are exceptionally pleased with the service. Pick up at the lobby was prompt and there was a quick transfer to the dock. The boat was beautiful and incredibly clean. Very comfortable. Captain and first mate were accommodating and views were gorgeous.
