My son and I had a wonderful time on our trip with Heath for a 1/2 day near shore boat trip. Unfortunately, no keepers on this particular day however we caught several sharks. This was a total thrill for my son. He’s a shark fanatic so it was a great day.  We also saw a rather large spotted ray jump out of the water as well as dolphins too. Heath was great, patient and laid back. Will definitely use again if we’re back at EI doing a fishing trip. Thanks again, Julie Shupp

We had booked our trip few weeks ahead so weather was uncertain. It was a beautiful day but wind made water choppy and very hard to fish. But we still got on some fish and had a great day. Captain was very commutative leading up to the trip. Meet us on time ready to go. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Made for a great trip despite it being a windy day.  Also getting to see lighthouse and wild horses was a bonus. Thanks Heath

Took Captain Heath no time to get us on the fish! Highly recommend At Ease Charter the next time you go out. He was great with the kids and full of knowledge. My daughter accidentally hooked him through the hand on the last cast of the trip. Cap had me shove the hook through the other side of his skin, hand him the pliers, and be damned if he didn’t cut the barb and keep on going. I woulda shoved my daughter overboard but not this Captain! He laughed it off and assured her it wasn’t her fault... More

We had a great day on the water with Captain Heath, he worked hard to get us on fish, and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He was very good with the kids and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to book a fishing trip at Emerald Isle!

We researched charters and this was the one we decided. Great reviews, great captain and great time out together. Had fun catching fish, even a few Sharks! Definitely worth coming back again!
