We had an unforgettable experience for me and my boys! The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew the best spots—helping us reel in multiple trophy fish. I booked this charter for my family of 5. We love offshore fishing and fish together often. Captain and crew were excellent. They worked very hard managing the spreads and put us on fish. The charter was well appointed with food and drinks. The vessel and tackle were premium and well maintained. The charter vessels are docked at the Playa Flamingo Marina which has very nice shopping and restaurants. We had our fish cooked there at a marina restaurant at the end of the charter. We took a full day tour for our family of 6. We did have the excitement of reeling in 4 sailfish! It was exciting. The only reason I went with 4 stars instead of 5 was the disappointment of not even bringing a fish onboard. We were told sailfish were protected, so we understood the release. Had we known that, I would have asked to switch gear and bait/technique and go for something we could actually bring in and take back to eat with our family. Traci sorry you feel that way but catching 4 sailfish on an outing is not something that most people get to do some fish for years and don’t catch them. sails and marlin are not fish most people eat the chances of catching a mahi and or wahoo and tuna were there it’s basically the same fishing technique but on this day they didn’t want to bite it’s not like we can promise what your going to catch it is called fishing But if you wanted to try for something else all you had to do was ask.
As far as the lunch if we had of known in advance we could have provided you a different assortment of lunch options I do know how teens are but I can confirm there were plenty of snacks such as cookies chips and fresh fruits on board they could have taken advantage of
And as far as the pricing you will find for the same quality of boat with air conditioning will cost you more with other charters
If there is a next time please let us know your expectations in advance and we will try and provide that for you and your family

Outstanding! We definitely recommend Salty Adventures from the responsiveness of the booking process, fishing, interaction with the crew, fishing and cleaning the fish to cook later. I saw the 4.9 reviews and was a little skeptical at first but Captain Joshua and mates Kevin and Andrey totally lived up to the rating. We’ve fished off the Outer Banks and Ocean City numerous times and this was as good an experience as I can remember.
