The gentleman pictured below is the person who complained about the ride.  I believe he said he was a truck driver, so I am not sure how he feels he is an authority of hull design or boats in general.  To be honest with you he did not even know how to use a fishing pole.  We are not trying to be argumentative but they were told the seas were a bit rough before we left the dock.  The photos sure look like he was having a good time catching redsnapper two at a time (2 hooks go down on a line, 2 fish would come up).
In regards to hull design, Sportfishing Magazine does not seem to agree with the customer.

The customers had never been on a boat and admitted so.  The seas were rough, and they were told the boat would be rocking before we left the dock and declined the captain’s suggestion to remain closer to shore. It is the policy of our company that no customer EVER takes a fish off the hook.  We asked them to refrain from taking bait off the hook and throwing on the deck and then walking on it.  We were continually re-baiting there hooks.  They commented they had been up all night drinking.  All 5 were seasick likely due to rough seas and excessive alcohol. One customer slept it off in the cabin the majority of the trip.  Our ad states the size of the boat, perhaps with the language barrier the failed to understand.  They were amazed at the size of the catch for the day. Considering what most charters have been bringing in the catch was above the norm.  There seemed to be an issue for the person who booked with collecting money from his friends. P.s. anyone that has been offshore fishing knows you can’t use your phone.. no signal… Also most of the time they appear to be speaking in Arabic.. I’m not trying to be sarcastic but it appears they had a chip on the shoulder from the moment they showed up. Also every one of them except for 1 said that they had never been on a boat before. They were also drinking liquor on the boat that they had in their little satchel. We don’t mind people drinking on the boat but we do not like it when someone blames us for something that we did not do. One part they say that the seas were rough and then they come back and say that the seas were great so right so which was it.

We do apologize that they did not have a better time. I know the weather was rough, But there is not much we can do about the rain. The weather and the rain is something that we cannot control we did put the canopy up to try to help keep the rain off of them..  Also here is some photos of the catch of the day.
