Captain Jason is a consummate professional!  He immediately made my family, including two teenage boys, feel at ease and welcome. The tour began with an up-close and personal dolphin show. Then we pulled a shrimp net. Jason taught us more than we could remember about the different species, and their roles in the ecosystem. The tour was worth it for just that, but then he got us on some big fish. Everyone was all smiles, including Jason. I’ve been on other charters, but this one will be the most memorable by a long shot!!

We fished with Jason last time we were in Gulf Shores. Going out with him again was a must on our vacation bucket list. He is hands down the best charter for little ones. He keeps them involved and entertained the whole time. We saw TONS of dolphins, sting rays, blue crabs, a sea turtle. We caught several sail cat, lots of blue fish, and even two remora! He put us out on sharks but they weren’t biting. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for a great charter!

Our family of five including two teens and a six year old very much enjoyed our excursion! Captain Jason was friendly, great with the kids, and very informative teaching about the fish and the area. We visited during end season for fishing but he ensured that we caught enough fish to bring home. He also made sure that we found dolphins with up close view, and caught different sea life in the net that the kids had never seen.  He did a great job cleaning the fish so that we could take some back to cook up for supper that night. Wendy was also very kind to visit with over the phone, providing directions and specific information. We highly recommend Pair-A-Dice and Captain Jason for a fun filled day of fishing and scenery from the boat! If we make it back to the Gulf Shores we will definitely go again!!

If you have kids this is your trip and your guide! Captain Jason caters to kids like they are his own. When we come back, we will 100% be booking another trip with Captain Jason.  He was super knowledge about getting up super close to dolphins. He was Incredibly knowledgeable about all the species we brought up in the drag net. My wife had the time of her life filming dolphins while the boys and I examined all the things in the net. Tiny squid, sperm jelly fish(the kind that don’t sting), shrimp, Sea Robins, shell with coral on it, and more I can’t remember. I’ve been on a few fishing charters and I felt like this was the easiest/best money I’ve ever spent on it. Can’t say enough about Captain Jason and his wife who helps him with bookings and communication. They are the best!

Our party was 4 persons. We’ve taken fishing trips in the past mostly out of Bon Secour so this was our first trip with A-Pair-A-Dice.  We couldn’t have been more pleased with Jason.  We departed from Barber Marina in Elberta (a very modern and large marina) and had a great time.  Jason is very friendly and informational and is the kind of boat captain who can accomodate people regardless of experience.  We came away with quite a catch of fish and of course, he cleaned them & prepared them for cooking as though our grill was nearby.
Totally would return for our next trip on his boat.  Thanks for a great time Jason!!
