Today was what every angler hopes for when they go fishing for stripers. We had six anglers, and on the average each one pulled seven fish. They limited out on keepers early and continue to fish and release safely. It was an epic day in Belmar, New Jersey.

Canyon Eagle had a afternoon charter for sea bass out of Belmar NJ on sunday 6/5/23. We had a great family of 6 and sea bass was their wish. We had 10-15 knots with 4’ seas. Went out and they pulled up about 150 sea bass. They kept 30 and were extrempy happy.

Captain Nick is awesome! Originally scheduled a week prior however weather was not appropriate for fishing and Nick put our safety first as opposed to others who are more concerned about revenue and not safety or outcome of catching fish. Our family (4 adults and 2 kids) went on this charter and had a great time! They took care of setting up the fishing poles, handling bait and giving us pointers how to fish in the ocean. The boat was very clean and the chairs inside were very comfortable. The boat had all the amenities we needed and the crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and looking forward to fishing again!
