Granted the water was a little rough BUT after taking about an hour to get out far enough, I found out there was no bait on the boat. The captain attempted to find schools of fish and snag bait which he was not successful in doing. We didn’t even troll or chum or use lures. There was only one rod fully set up. After 2 hours of this I told him to just head back in. I’ve been fishing all over the country and this was by far the worst charter boat I have ever been on. I never complain about price... More

I only use jig lure not bait and trolling. I had to go far even ocean was rough. I have to find fish not comfortable zone in front of Waikiki. Many clients have tried to overcome seasickness until fish bite. Please understand that Oahu island is always windy usually from east. There are wave you don’t like. But fish love that water movement.
