We ventured out into San Francisco Bay looking for targeted species with very poor tides and a bad weather forecast. Actually, the weather cooperated was a very nice day. The fishing was very slow, but thatโ€™s the way it goes. Enjoy the group and weโ€™ll get them next time.

Fun fishing with Richard Novak and friends, Toni, Colin and Jennifer, the birthday girl. picked up live in the city made several drifts for halibut with no success. We decided to go outside the Golden Gate Bridge rockcod. Motored up to Drake Bay and had great fishing for limits of Linard and assorted rockcod. All you wanted in fantastic weather. fun fishing with the group and a happy birthday to Jennifer .

Fun day with social media influencers Derek (amazing race) And Helen (Survivor). We fished with live bait off the Marin Coast and scored a couple of beautiful California halibut. Itโ€™s the height of the season. Weather and conditions are good right now time to go fishing.

Halibut come into thr bay march-June to spawn. There has been great fishing but when they decide to get back to the ocean it can mean fantastic fishing along the beaches just outdide the gate. That time has arrived along with excellent weather. Enjoy the pics from 7/5 & 7/6.
