I’m very sorry we did not meet your expectations.  We do all we can to make it an enjoyable experience.  What part of your trip did you not like to not recommend us, so I can fix it.  As you can see we are not use to getting such a low review.  If there’s anything we can do to make you happy let us know.  We don’t like unhappy customers.

OK I left a reply,  but I’m editing it.  I see you rated our boat a 3 star.  Why?  If you’re going to rate such a low number and not recommend us please explain why.  Then you rated the crew a 3 star? Why?  If you look back in all our reviews, that is the one thing that everyone agrees on and we pride ourselves on is we have the friendliest crew amongst the charters in our area.  We would like you to explain what you didn’t like about them. Then you rated your overall experience, a three star.  What can fix for our future charters?  What did you not like about you FULL day charter? You booked a half-day Charter which ends at 11. We extended your Charter to almost 3 o’clock.  Plus, we tell everyone to please bring snacks and drinks for the day. You did not bring any drinks and drink the crews drinks.  If the reason you left such a low number review is for any reason that is in our control please tell me what it is, so I can fix for future clients.  If it’s something out of our control, obviously I cannot fix that being the seas, weather or how many fish you caught.  Leaving a three star without explaining why is not fair to us.
