Background: I have been fishing since I can remember and have owned a boat since I was 15. The majority of my early fishing years were spent fly fishing in small mountain creeks for native brook Trout. Later I became interested in tournament Bass fishing and played with this game for about 10 years. Then I got the bug for freshwater Striped Bass fishing. Moving to Southwest Virginia on Smith Mountain lake, I was catching Stripers consistently and had the seasonal patterns figured out. Now I am living on the West coast of Florida and fishing the salt water patterns. Most of my fishing now is in shore and with light tackle. Targeting species such as Trout, Snook, Snapper, Tarpon, Sheepshead, and Redfish.
Techniques: Fishing mostly with a combination of live and artificial baits on the inshore structure in the Tampa Bay area.

Fished an afternoon with my brother-in-law. We fished grass beds, mangrove shoreline, and various bridge/shore structures with live bait & light tackle. Brian did a great job of keeping things moving and dealing with strong winds. We caught snook, mangrove snapper, sheepshead, and almost landed a large redfish at the end. Brian is a capable fisherman and a great guide, I’d highly recommend him.

Captain Brian was awesome! Very knowledgeable and nice. It was a fairly slow day relative to his other trips but not for lack of trying! We still caught 7 different species. Captain Brian gave great local recommendations and even drove us back on his boat to our place on the water. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

My buddy and I had a very enjoyable morning. Can’t Brian is a great guy and worked hard to make sure we were successful. We caught a variety of fish. Snook, sheepshead, grouper and snapper. We did all catch and release except for a couple nice sheepshead. Would recommend Captain Brian

A perfect fall morning fishing trip. Captian Brian was prompt, courteous, friendly and got me on fish right away. It got windy and choppy later in the morning but Brian knew where to go to get out of the chop. Great day of in shore/ bay fishing. I will go again.
