- I am a Ph.D. Research Marine Biologist with over 40+ years of fishing, boating, and research experience. I have been successfully fishing oceans, lakes, and rivers all over the world and here in Tennessee for the past 5 years.

- One of my favorite fishing techniques involves trolling with planer boards with both live and artificial baits. I find that this method produces a better quantity, quality, and variety of species. Generally it allows me to have up to 6 simultaneous bait presentations which means more fish in the boat for you!! When the situation calls for it, I also rely upon jigging and casting strategies.
