Captain Mike has been fishing in L Erie for decades and knows the fish, the migration, the feeding patterns and the techniques to catch them. The fascinating part was listening to his knowledge and lore as he taught us. The fun part was catching our limit when it seemed like nearby boats weren’t as “lucky.” A great day, roomy boat, smart friendly captain. We’ll be chartering with Capt Mike again.

I had a fantastic time with Captain Mike! I learned so much about trolling with Planar Boards and we caught an 18 inch walleye that I packed in my Yeti returned home to California and fried up for my kids! That trip is what it’s all about! Nothing but great things to say about our trip. Perfect conditions on Lake Erie made for a perfect day with our three kids. Captain Mike made the trip, fitting right in with our bunch, laid back and ready to have fun. Caught the limit in 2.5 hours, excitement the entire time. Only downside is that I dont think we’ll ever he able to too this one. What a day!

We had another fun trip with, this time with Captain Jason. Absolutely beautiful day on the lake and we limited out on Walleye. Fishing was steady, which kept us out on the lake for a longer time, which is exactly what we wanted. Easy to the find the dock, and always feel safe on one of Captain Larry’s boats. Will be back again for sure.
