While the fishing was slow for most of the fleet, we did catch a 250# blue marlin. However the boat was in need of repairs specifically the oil leak on the #2 engine which was over heating. The fighting chairs lack gimbals for the butt of the rod, to compensate for this they had 2 worn out (buckles and fasteners) fighting belts of insufficient size for the 2 anglers on board. As Much as I would like to say this was a memorable experience I can’t. We showed up at the designated time and waited 30 minutes before someone showed up who was different from our original captain and we wended up on a different boat than was actually booked. had a struggle trying to pay for the boat until I finally was able to talk to the original captain I booked with.
