Some reviews with low scores are humbling and teaching. But not this one. I will step aside any customer service or empathy. Why?

ALSO… HE HASNT PAID ME. SAID HE THOUGHT I TOOK CREDIT CARDS WHEN IT CREARLY STATES CASH OR PAYPAL. I LET IT SLIDE CAUSE HE SEEMED A NICE PERSON. TOLD ME HE WILL PAYPAL ME WHEN GETTING BACK. TILL.THIS DATE NO PAYMENT DONE.

so for this person to have the audacity to lie and give me the worst possible review even though i have 100+ 5 star reviews is a shame and a embarrasment to his character without even paying me.

Anybody has their right of opinion. But not like this. Lying and being mad of something you cant control.

  I am the best deepsea/billfish guide in Punta Cana and i will keep it that way even though i stumble upon people like you.

PS: no need to pay me. A 1/2 day mahoo trip is what you are worth to me. I dont need and i dont want your money.

I understand feeling bummed out by not catching any fish, today was a bad current/tide day, no bait, no bites, sadly it happens in fishing and for that im sorry.

I will always defend us when something is unfair like when you said no one speaks english in the boat on your review, when it clearly says you are from Germany and actually sent me msgs in German and stated that your english wasnt good, so i posted a picture backing up our conversation. There no communication at all. Big language barrier and it wasnt english since my english is perfect.

As i sad sorry for a bad bite day it happens… try it again, persistence and patience always wins.

Any review is accpeted. We learn from it.

  But on my behalf and our defense, my english is perfect. And jose’s english is also extremely good. Didnt understand the need to write about the language barrier.

  Second we stayed in the same general area because we were targeting billfish in wich we were succesfull in hooking. You guys even saw it jumping. But sadly got unhooked.

I do seriously appreciate you guys choosing me. I understand the expectations but its FISHING.

  Its fishing you can never compare one day to the other. If one day is better than the other thats why its called fishing.

Hope we can try it again. If not please.go.to the cheaper charters. There is a reason for that.
