- It's fair to say Captain Eric has spent all his life on boats, almost. As a young child, he started fishing from his playpen on his father's boat, and he started working as a mate at the age of 14, using a skiff to commute to work. He later earned a degree from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, and then became a deck officer in the U.S. Merchant Marines. He has expanded from the original Bounty Hunter a 31 ft 6 pack boat to a fleet of boats including two USCG inspected vessels which he runs Ultra Limited Load Trips on. In addition the fleet has a few 6 passenger boats for private charters. Although he has expanded, he still upholds the HIGHEST level of customer service by himself and his crew in the region.
