My 3 sons(16, 13, 10) & I were very excited about this trip.  The captain talked about the different kinds of fish we would catch prior to departure.  He had no live bait, but claimed it wasn’t necessary for where we were going.  He basically drove the boat around with lines out for 4 hours, and didn’t even let my kids help cast lines out.  They were so excited to fish and he didn’t explain anything or involve them at all.  4 hours and not even 1 bite on a line!  I had to ask him repeatedly to let the boys cast a few lines so they could fish.  Finally he stopped closer to the marina and let the 3 of them share one rod for 10 mins. He claimed we couldn’t use the other rods b/c they weren’t for that area.  You’d think he’d have a little compassion for young kids excited to fish!  This was such a let down for my kids & I and I wouldn’t recommend this charter to anyone.  This left 3 young boys extremely disappointed! What a complete waste of $600+!
