Tough day today. Started inside on good readings but the fish would not chew. Headed to the back where we have been slamming the bass. Lots of bait but had to work real hard to put fish in the boat.

Caught fish jiging and trolling. Started in the river with jigs and only landed one big Striper. Moved out to the bay and slammed them on jigs and trolling. Left them biting.

The ocean was too nasty to get to the offshore fishing grounds so we went with plan B and trolled for stripers in the bay. Not too much action except for this big cow Striper.

Rough conditions today with 15 to 25 west winds and incoming tide making for a nasty chop. Caught lots of small Seabass snd porgies but managed to put some in the cooler.
