I grew up fishing the Florida keys for over 40 years. Fishing is second nature to me. What I enjoy most is watching people catch big trophy fish. I love fishing so much I even go on my days off.
Techniques
Definitely my favorite type of fishing is going for big sharks. Its a guarantee!! Drop anchor put out 4 or 5 big baits out and wait for the drag to start screaming. Also in the summer time I enjoy snorkeling the reefs spearfishing hog fish, grouper, snapper and looking for lobster. Tarpon fishing right at dark is also super fun with live bait.

This morning was another amazing trip. We caught Goliath grouper up to 300lbs, big bull sharks, trophy size black tips, cobia, mangrove snapper and and a few grunts we used for bait. Everything today was released.

Well today was one for the record books. We released one 7ft lemon shark, two bull sharks one over 300lbs and a monster 12 foot tiger shark. We also keep a few snapper for dinner. The shark fishing has been unbelievable the last few days. If you want a trophy shark the time is now!!! Key West fishing connection!!

Today we fished 2 trips. The morning trip was a little slower than usual but we did catch and release what we were looking for. A monster 8ft bull shark. The evening trip we caught a variety of smaller fish on light tackle. Mangrove snapper , mutton snapper, yellow tail snapper, lane snapper, laddy fish and cat fish we used for bait. And released a few small sharks and red grouper.
